We can now offer a service both for business and home users, which automatically backs up data at secure offsite locations for recovery at a later date. The service we provide includes setup and support, with assistance should you need to get data you have saved.
Once setup the online storage software can run in the background backing up changes to your data while you work or at any other time you set.
Each day you can be emailed with details of how a backup ran.
You never have to worry about your backups being missed and have the security of knowing you can get valuable data should your hard disk crash, a virus hits you or your equipment gets damaged or stolen.

Business users, with capability of exchange data backup and a few more backup options for multiple users on same account

Data sizing
Most Home user data should fit in 10GB storage, even moderate photo use and music downloads.
Heavy users of music or visual media should look at alternate mechanisms for backup such as external drives, but can also use an online service to back up more essential items such as family photos, schoolwork, office data etc.
Effectively the stuff that changes often and is most important you set to be automatically backed up using the online service, while larger items are stored on external disks that you may backup say monthly or quarterly.
When sizing backup for business data it depends mainly on how much visual data you have compared to text based data. A small business usually has 5-10GB of live changing data after a couple of years running. While a larger organisation my have 30-40GB Data after 10 years producing documents and email storage.
